Full-Time - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, patient-focused care across all age groups. This full-time role involves delivering comprehensive health services in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab work• Document clinical findings and care plans accurately• Educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:• Master's Degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York• National Certification as an FNP (AANP or ANCC)

Preferred:• Spanish language proficiency• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
