• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (No on-call)
• Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day
• Patient Population: Employees and dependents ages 2+Typical appt types:
• Annual physicals
• Treatment and management of conditions
• Preventive screenings for early disease detection
• Biometric screenings
• Vaccinations
• Allergy and flu shots
• Minor illness and injury visits
• Acute and urgent care
• Women's health
• EMR: Epic

📋 Requirements:

• BC, BLS & DEA
• Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
