Position: MRI Technologist Location: Columbus, OH 43223 Schedule & Work Hours:3 Days/Week (Monday – Friday) Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM 8-hour shifts 24 hours per week Pay Rate: $45/hr Company Overview: At MedCadre, we specialize in placing exceptional healthcare professionals in facilities where they can make a real difference. We are currently seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join a leading healthcare team in Columbus, OH. Position Summary: The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI scanning equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, knowledge of medical imaging protocols, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Operate Siemens MRI scanner to perform diagnostic scans. Accurately position patients and interpret physician scanning instructions. Administer contrast agents and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Maintain cleanliness and sterility of equipment following hygiene protocols. Evaluate scan quality and ensure accurate image capture. Support and educate patients throughout the MRI procedure. Required Qualifications: ARRT Certification (MRI) BLS/CPR Certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Siemens MRI systems Experience in patient safety best practices Technical proficiency in imaging and diagnostic protocols
