Location: EVERETT, WA 98201

• Scheduled: 8 Hours in Day, 5 Days in week
• Shift: 7:30am - 3:00 pm, M-F

Hourly compensation: $30.00 - $36.00 Per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood, urine, and other specimens.
• Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, etc.).
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare slides and specimens for analysis.
• Record and report test results accurately in the laboratory information system.
• Follow quality control, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Assist MLS or pathologists with specialized testing when needed.
• Analyze, interpret, and validate test results before reporting to physicians.
• Supervise and guide MLTs and lab assistants.
• Perform and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment.

Qualification:

• Certification as a MLS/MLT.
