Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Medical Lab Scientist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/15/2025 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MLT) to join a clinical laboratory team in Everett, WA . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in performing laboratory testing and ensuring accurate, timely results that support patient care. Key Responsibilities On a daily basis, you will: Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across various disciplines. Accurately analyze and report test results in compliance with regulatory standards. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment. Collect, prepare, and process specimens for testing. Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and document results appropriately. Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver accurate and timely laboratory services. Maintain compliance with laboratory safety protocols and infection control practices. Required Qualifications Associate's degree (minimum) in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field. Current certification as MLT or MLS (ASCP or equivalent). 1–2 years of clinical laboratory experience . Strong technical skills with ability to follow lab protocols and regulatory standards. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Additional clinical lab experience in high-volume settings. Proficiency in advanced lab instrumentation and digital reporting systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across clinical teams.
