Full-Time | Competitive Pay | 5 Months Contract

Location: Lake Katrine, NY 12449

  • Scheduled: 40hours per week (4 to 5 Days, M-F)
  • Shift: 8 hours in Day. 8am-5pm
  • Occasional Saturdays if needed for half day 9a - 1p

Hourly compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 Per hour.

Job Summary:

  • Room patients and take detailed vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, height, and weight).
  • Review and document patient medical history, allergies, and current medications.
  • Administer prescribed medications (oral, injections, topical) under provider direction.
  • Perform and assist with procedures such as EKGs, wound care, dressing changes, and specimen collection.
  • Conduct point-of-care testing (blood glucose, urinalysis, rapid strep, flu tests, pregnancy tests, etc.).
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Call patients with lab results and provide instructions.
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided in the EMR/EHR system.

    • Qualification:

    • Must Have NY State LPN License
    • BLS from AHA
    • Medical office experience or fast paced environment experience preferred
