Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Shift and Time: 6 A - 1P

Schedule Details:

Mon - Fri | 4:30 AM / 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM

Sat | 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM / 11:00 AM

Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend

Experience Required:

12 months experience in last 18 months

Experience Preferred:

Methadone dosing experience

Certificate & License Required:

PA State License

BLS - AHA
