GQR Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Behavioral Health for a local contract job in Kerrville, Texas.

• Orientation will be 4 weeks M-F 8-5pm
• 12 week contract minimum

Length: 26 weeks Hours per week: 40 hours

• 6:30a-3p or 10:30p-7a

Shift: Day or nights

• 5 x 8's

Weekends: every other weekendCerts: AHA BLSLicenses: Active Texas LPN/LVN LicensureExperience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as the licensed professional they are applying for. Ex) 2+ years of experience working as an LVN/LPN
• Psych experience is a must – experience working in a maximum-security unit
• Experience with a larger med pass
• Facilities will not consider candidates with a hit on their license.
• Need to have clear written and verbal communication skills, they have to communicate with peers, DSPs, PCPs, and also the individuals who live here.
• Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
• Must submit to HHSC required drug test.
• Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting.
• Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
• Required- 2 references from 2 different places of work in submittal packets
• COVID Vaccine Requirement: Vaccine required
