Start Date: ASAP within 3 weeks of the Interview.Role: LPNContract: 13 WeeksTentative Hours: 40 (5*8)Shift: Day/Evening or Evening/Night, weekends and holidays per unit need

7am - 3pm (Days); 3pm - 11pm (Evenings); 11pm - 7am (Nights)

Requirement:Minimum of 2 years prior LPN experience of Long Term Care.

Licenses and Certifications Required:LPN NY State LicenseBLS-AHA

Pay Rate:

Regular (For Local Residents or Non-Traveler): $ 41.00/HourBlended (For Traveler): $ 42.00/Hour

Weekly Package based on Tentative Hours:For Local Resident or Non-Traveler: $ 1640.00/Week as W2 Pay (Taxable)For Traveler: $ 1680.00/Week
