LanceSoft is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a local contract job in Findlay, Ohio.

CRNA Opportunity – Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS)

• Open to new grads & experienced CRNAs
• Self-scheduling: 8-hr or 12-hr shifts
• Part-time or full-time, W2 or 1099
• Practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Surgery Center, or mix
• Choose case variety to maintain skills
• Overtime available if desired
• Full medical & surgical specialty support
• Care team model with fair call schedule
• Permanent positions (local residency may be required)
• Relocation discussed at interview
• Not accepting Locums
• Open to 1099 candidates

Compensation – 1099

• $190/hr base
• +$5/hr regional blocks
• +$5/hr pediatrics
• Total: $200/hr
• Full-time (1712 hrs): $325k–$345k

Compensation – W2 Hospital-Employed

• $238k–$260k base (experience-based)
• $5k OB stipend
• $5k pediatrics stipend
• $5k regional blocks stipend
• $8k 403(b) annuity
• 8 weeks (320 hrs) vacation
• $20k sign-on bonus
• Up to $100k student loan support

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA (must have before start)
• Clean malpractice & license history
• Must note interest in W2/1099, PT/FT
• Must include last agency contact date
• Must explain interest in BVHS
