Pay Rate: $ 60 - $64 per hour on W2

Position Overview: We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a minimum of 2 years of scrub experience in major operating room (OR) procedures to join the Labor & Delivery department at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, NY. This role is crucial to supporting a safe and sterile surgical environment, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and available.
• Assist during surgical procedures by passing instruments and maintaining the sterile field.
• Perform pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to provide patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent scrub experience in major OR procedures.
• Strong understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
