Associate's degree in applied science Surgical Technology from an accepted accredited program

Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technology Certification with 6 months of hire.

Within 30 days of hire you must have BLS

Must hold CST through NBSTSAAssociate's degree in applied science Surgical Technology from an accepted accredited programIndiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technology Certification with 6 months of hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

No weekend requirement
