MedAdventures is seeking a compassionate and driven Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bolivar, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist with treatment plans focused on improving ADLs and functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with rehab staff and nursing teams to provide coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and equipment use

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
