• Be At least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Valid CDL A license and an acceptable MVR and PSP / DAC Report
• Valid DOT Physical
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 6 months OTR experience or 1 year of local experience. Newer drivers with at least 3 months of clean OTR experience may be offered training opportunities. On-the-spot job offers contingent upon meeting eligibility requirements.

WHAT'S EXPECTED:

• Fluently speak, read, and write in English
• Able to use handheld technology and smartphone apps daily for ELD and trip navigation (especially iPhone devices)
• Able to pass Driving Evaluation: lane management, turning, coupling, and backing and parking
• Flexible with work schedule (Day/Evening/Night shifts/Weekends/Holidays), although schedule is very consistent.
• Knowledgeable of proper resting techniques for safe nighttime driving.
• Knowledgeable of HOS requirements and basic ELD operation
• Able to meet safety and performance standards, and be coachable and amicable
