Our client, a top-tier private capital firm, is seeking a LoanIQ Business Analyst SME to support its internal Finance & Technology group. The contractor will be responsible for managing the LoanIQ platform, driving integration efforts, enhancing data quality, and supporting major transformation initiatives as the organization prepares for rapid growth. Requirements and Qualifications: • Oversee daily operations of LoanIQ, ensuring optimal performance, minimal disruption, and smooth interface with existing infrastructure. • Lead system and interface integrations by designing and implementing APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines to support efficient data flow. • Provide guidance to developers on integration tasks, conduct code reviews, and support automation efforts to enhance platform functionality. • Develop complex SQL queries and support batch processes within SQL Server environments. • Ensure platform compliance with internal controls, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Technology teams to define and implement roadmaps for system transformation and modernization. • Engage with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational goals and compliance needs. • Utilize data quality tools to automate data validation and cleansing processes; monitor and report on data quality metrics. • Conduct regular data quality audits and work with data stewards to implement governance procedures. • Coordinate with external vendors to optimize LoanIQ performance and manage new interface development. • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate data workflows, support analytics, and enhance reporting using platforms like Tableau and Power BI. • Support development of a centralized reporting repository and implement unified reporting standards. Qualifications and Experience: • 10+ years of functional experience with Finastra LoanIQ, including syndication, GL entries, batch jobs, account mapping, and trading support. • 10+ years of experience in the asset management or financial services industry, with a focus on middle-office technology. • Proven expertise in large-scale platform transformation and modernization initiatives. • Familiarity with enterprise data management and quality tools; experience with platforms like GTreasury, IVP Reconciliations, Security Master, and Polaris is a plus. • Experience supporting operational workflows and improving process efficiencies. • MS in Technology Management or a related field; PMP or similar certifications preferred. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills. • Strategic mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
