At GreenStone Farm Credit Services, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Processor to support our Country Living (consumer) segment. This role contributes to seamless loan processing and loan documentation operations and involves fostering customer relationships and collaborating with our association staff.

Working Hours: 8:00am4:30pm, Monday Friday, in the office.

Location: Mt. Pleasant, MI.

Day in the life of a Loan Processor
  • From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings, you will touch every aspect of the loan process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Clear any approval conditions as outlined by legal or credit.
  • Engage in data entry, loan servicing, property management coordination, and supply ordering.
  • Order title commitments, flood insurance, appraisals, generate loan documents, read legal descriptions, and work with the loan officer and borrower to clear exceptions prior to closing.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service in daily interactions.
  • Handle daily customer interactions, answer incoming calls, receipting payments, and disbursing funds.
Experience and qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service or office experience
