Loan Assistant - Glacier Bancorp : Job Details

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Full-Time Loan Assistant for our St George branch. Essential Functions: Provide administrative functions to support loan officer and team. Communicate with customers and prospects to reduce friction in the loan production and portfolio management processes. Assist in collecting, filing, and organizing customer financials and information. Interact with business owners and other professionals in person, by email and telephone. Work with other departments in the bank to help with loan production, documentation, and portfolio management. Compose letters and memoranda, edit written communications. Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings with internal and external loan clients. Take meeting minutes in loan team meetings. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
