A Driver Helper works with company drivers to safely load and unload donations, products or equipment for stores and attended donation centers. Driver Helpers are responsible for all tasks except for truck driving. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assists driver in loading/unloading trucks/trailers and staging donations, products or equipment for pickup. Unload donations and equipment in the warehouse or for donation drives, if necessary. Communicates with supervisor, as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems. Bale textiles and safely operate the bailing machine.
