In this vital role, you will be responsible for hands-on pallet building for bulk and route trucks, ensuring the accuracy and quality of every load. Your daily tasks will involve using electronic order systems or order sheets while operating a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation while helping to keep our warehouse organized and safe.

As a Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading full pallets from the warehouse onto trailers for transport, as well as unloading returned pallets and materials.
• Selecting designated products and flavors for bulk loading and ensuring the stability of each pallet through proper stacking and shrink-wrapping.
• Customizing loads based on sales orders for route truck loading and unloading any returned items efficiently.

This position is labor-intensive and requires lifting cases of products that range from 20-45 pounds, repeatedly throughout the day. You must be prepared for a dynamic work environment that may include varying weather conditions and hours, depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to build pallets/load according to loading sheets.
• Document out-of-stock items on load tickets.
• Securely wrap pallets when completed.
• Submit paperwork for checks prior to loading and ensure truck readiness.
• Stage pallets and load trucks efficiently.
• Complete and organize partial pallets and manage mixed loads.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards in your work area.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
