Loader Operator - Maryland Staffing : Job Details

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Loader Operators for commercial projects in the Hampstead, MD area. The pay range is $19.00 $25.00 per hour based on experience. All Operators are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

• Operate loaders and other heavy equipment including pavers, dozers, and excavators
• Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
• Read plans when operating dozers or excavators
• Take pride in performing quality work
• Other duties as assigned

Ultimate Trade Requirements

• 12 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Consistently operate machinery in a safe manner
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Must not be under the influence of any prescription medication that limits safe operation of commercial vehicles
• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)
• Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Drug Test Required
• Background Check Required
