Loader Operator - Martin Marietta Materials : Job Details

What to expect:Martin Marietta is seeking a Load Out Person to join our team. The ideal individual will be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated. This individual will be position is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and/or unloading railcars, rail yard switching, preparingand rail-cars for loading and/or unloading and performing some track and equipment maintenance. The Load Out Person will also be cross trained to operate various types of heavy equipment. Hours are 7 am - 4 pm including weekends and overtime as necessary. A typical day for a(n) Load Out Person may include:Loading and/or unloading railcars in a safe and efficient manner. Ensuring all materials are loaded and/or unloaded and stockpiled to meet all quality control requirements. Shoveling, sweeping, picking up trash, painting and performing general cleanup of plant areas and locomotive operations.
