Loader Operator - Colas : Job Details

The Crusher Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of crushing equipment and related machinery in a quarry environment. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the crusher, ensuring that materials are processed correctly, maintenance and service of equipment, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality Functional/ Technical Skills Safely operate various types of crushing equipment (jaw, cone, impact). Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment usage. Participate in OJT to gain understanding existing equipment and operations. Continuously observe the crushing process for desired output size and quality. Track production rates and report discrepancies to supervisors. Perform routine maintenance checks on crushing equipment. Replace wear parts (liners, screens, hammers) as necessary. Diagnose and resolve operational issues with crushing equipment.
