Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing reliability risks that could adversely affect products and operations in a pharmaceutical plant.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.- Strong analytical skills to assess potential risks and troubleshoot issues.- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of reliability testing methods and tools.- Certification in Reliability Engineering is a plus.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement reliability plans and programs to ensure the quality and performance of our products.- Analyze data to identify potential reliability issues and work with teams to address them.- Conduct reliability testing and root cause analysis to improve product performance.- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize product reliability.- Monitor product performance in the field and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.- Stay current on industry best practices and technologies related to reliability engineering.
