Live-Out Weekend/After-School Nanny Division: Domestic / Household Staff Req ID: R460####### Location: Sands Point, NY 11050 Hourly: $30 - $35 per hour Schedule : Weekends and 2–3 weekday afternoons (after school through 8:00 PM); includes some holidays. 25 – 30 hours guaranteed. Start Date: October 2025 Position Overview A UHNW private family in Sands Point is seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and hands-on Live-Out Nanny to provide weekend and after-school care for their three children (ages 4, 3, and 1). The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, maintain structure and organization, and engage the children in fun, age-appropriate activities. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly within a fully staffed household. The family is seeking a recent college graduate with 2–3 years of babysitting, childcare, or camp counselor experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times Handle after-school routines including pickup, meals, and bedtime preparation Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities that support growth and development Assist with homework and extracurricular activities as needed Maintain tidiness of children's rooms, play areas, bathrooms, and belongings Manage children's laundry, clothing, and supplies; assist with wardrobe care Prepare daily child-friendly meals and snacks Support household operations when children are occupied (e.g., light tidying, dishes, errands, organizing) Travel with the family domestically or internationally when needed Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of childcare experience with a private family or equivalent experience working with children in a similar academic setting.
