Litigator - Wesray Capital Corporation : Job Details

Job Description Wesray Capital Corporation is seeking to hire a 3rd-6th year level associate. The candidate should have a strong academic background, along with exceptional research, analytical, speaking, and writing skills.The responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation such as fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, working with experts, motions, pretrial activities, trial, settlement, and related tasks. The candidate will also be involved in developing and maintaining strong business relationships.The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of discovery, preparing witnesses for depositions, drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and managing the filing and service of pleadings. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines is essential. Strong organizational and matter management skills are also required.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school with excellent academics. The candidate must be a member of the New York State Bar in good standing.
