Litigation Paralegal

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Description:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team and assist in Estates Litigation. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare and file documents and related court forms.

Coordinate communication with courts and clients.

Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.

Review legal documents including wills and trusts.

Prepare correspondence, affidavits, and other legal documents as well as address client inquiries and provide them with updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree and/or Paralegal certification is preferred.

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

Experience in Trust and Estates is a plus.

Must be proficient in legal research.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
