The litigation team is responsible for managing Coinbase s litigation risks across the globe. This role will provide general support to our regulatory litigation team, with an emphasis on the processing of regulatory subpoenas.

What you ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Log, calendar, track, and respond to incoming domestic and international regulatory subpoenas.

  • Communicate with various government agencies regarding outstanding requests with the assistance of attorneys and other members of the litigation team.

  • Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory litigation and investigation documents, including paralegal support for active litigation cases.

  • Provide operational support to maintain, evaluate, and, where needed, improve, litigation internal processes.

  • Gather data and documents in response to various requests.

  • Supporting teams with other projects or tasks on an as-needed basis.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • At least four years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

  • Experience handling a high volume of subpoenas.

  • Experience working on complex litigation matters.

  • Ability to execute under pressure and within tight timelines while juggling multiple projects.

  • Highest level of accuracy, superb attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in-house.

  • Experience working with non-US jurisdictions.

  • Experience in the crypto industry is a bonus.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also includetarget bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$121,125 $142,500 USD
