Litigation Counsel - Larson Maddox : Job Details

A reputable and growing client is seeking a strong litigation attorney to join the legal team. In this position, you will gain valuable litigation experience within practice areas of business litigation and transactions, employment matters, real estate and a variety of other domains.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload involving business litigation, employment law matters, and real estate litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law and jurisprudence.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience practicing in litigation
