The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates who have a background in insurance defense litigation. Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle a variety of litigation matters.

- Conduct legal research and analysis for ongoing cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on case developments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for insurance defense litigation.
