About the Role:

We are currently seeking Associate Attorneys with 3 - 8 years of experience specializing in the following practice areas:

• Employment Litigation
• Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal assignments
• Regularly handle court appearances
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey
• 3 - 8 years of experience with commercial/employment litigation
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
