They are seeking litigation associates at the junior, mid and senior level with complex commercial litigation experience to join their prestigious litigation practice. They are seeking candidates with broad litigation experience, including but not limited to corporate governance, antitrust, M&A, insurance, and securities litigation, for a variety of clients ranging from public companies to high-net-worth individuals.

Key Qualifications:

• J.D. or LLM from a top U.S. law school.
• Admission to the NY bar or eligibility to waive in
• Experience within BigLaw
• 0.5-6 years of litigation experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clerkship experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Preparing for depositions, pre-trial, and document preparation.
• Maintaining client relationships, participating in client meetings, and providing regular updates.
• Gaining disposition and second-chair experience early in your career.
• Working alongside and learning from Senior Associates and Partners, allowing for greater professional development.
