Job Description

A varied role, as Litigation Associate you will:

• Work on a range of litigation matters including State, Federal, Regulatory Financial Litigation and White-Collar Defense.
• Bankruptcy experience desirable but not essential.
• Preparing motion practices, court appearances and preparing for trial.
• Advising clients on risk/ risk mitigation before issues escalate/ where possible resolving disputes ahead of court.
• Providing clients with counsel on varied commercial and regulatory litigation matters.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Litigation Associate/ Senior Litigation Associate, will have demonstrable experience:

• JD & NY Bar essential.
• NJ Bar beneficial but not required.
• 2-4 years litigation experience.
• Eager to continue to learn, collaborative, team spirited and customer first approach desired.
• Candidates must be available to interview and start relatively quickly, candidates must be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future).
