A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team remotely from Macon, GA. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of practice experience and must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 3-4 years of practice experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse clientele and colleagues.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn database management systems.

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent.
