Location:

Ketchum, ID

Duties:

Assist in administering day-to-day operations of a busy law practice

Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with clients and courts

Interact with clients, manage client relationships, and provide legal counsel

Communicate professionally via phone and email

Appear in court both in person and electronically

Manage timelines, deadlines, and multiple projects efficiently

Provide assistance in civil litigation, including personal injury, employment, and construction cases

Participate in legal research and writing tasks

Travel for court appearances and firm-related matters as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or related fields

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and judges

Consistent, reliable, and professional demeanor

Willingness to take ownership of cases and follow them through completion

Ability to relocate or commute to Ketchum, ID or Twin Falls, ID

Experience with court appearances (in-person and electronic)

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in Idaho or eligible for admission

Skills:

Exceptional legal writing and research abilities

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple legal matters

Experience in civil litigation or related areas

Professionalism and reliability in client interactions and court appearances
