Note: This is an on site position at the Roseland, NJ office. After 1 year, attorneys may be able to work a hybrid schedule.About Our Client:Our client is a well-established law firm based in Roseland, NJ, serving both government and private sector clients. They specialize in public finance, redevelopment, land use, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. With a strong commitment to professional growth, diversity, and a collaborative work environment, they offer attorneys an opportunity to work on high-level cases while maintaining work-life balance.Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters, including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and manage discovery processes.
• Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, providing strategic legal support.
• Engage in direct client interactions, including attendance at day and evening meetings.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience. (More experience welcomed!)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in NJ litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
