Duties:

- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients in litigation matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.
- Maintain and manage case files, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on case developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or corporate law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents.

Education:
