Job Details

• Full Time – Entry-Level
• Reports To: Store Director and District Manager
• Directs: All Liquor Associates

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service in a clean, friendly atmosphere
• Scheduling and supervising liquor associates, managing merchandising plans, controlling shrink, pricing, dating products, inventory, and rotation
• Establishing cleaning routines for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers

Standards & Compliance

• Maintaining a well-trained staff and effective communication with other departments
• Adhering to guidelines regarding product shelf life
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies, and legal regulations, including ID checks
• Following cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies
• Wearing appropriate attire and name tags as per company policy

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move between workstations, and handle materials safely. Ability to use knives and sharp instruments is required. The role involves medium physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and working on slippery floors.
