You'll join a collaborative, highly creative design team focused on redefining elegance, comfort, and performance in the luxury bra space. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an iconic brand that values forward-thinking design, technical excellence, and the emotional power of lingerie.What You'll DoAs an Associate Designer, you'll be hands-on in the entire design lifecycle—from trend research and concept creation to final proto fittings. You'll help shape the creative direction of our luxury collections while ensuring designs are not only beautiful but also technically sound and production-ready.Key Responsibilities:Drive innovative and brand-aligned bra designs from concept to production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, and Production to bring ideas to life.Conduct seasonal trend research, competitive market analysis, and retail audits to ensure designs feel modern, luxurious, and relevant.Translate ideas into compelling visuals, creating mood boards, sketching concepts, and partnering with CAD artists for precision in detail and lace placement.Attend fittings and vendor meetings; refine prototypes to strike the perfect balance between beauty, comfort, and cost.Maintain detailed design documentation—ensuring everything from fit notes to BOMs and specs are accurate and organized.Work closely with factories to communicate design details and track development progress.Support design team operations and mentor Design Assistant in organizational processes.What You Bring3–5+ years of experience in lingerie design with a strong focus on bras.Proven understanding of garment construction , materials, and the end-to-end production process.A refined, fashion-forward portfolio that demonstrates creative range, technical precision, and elevated taste.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong Excel skills; experience with Lectra a plus.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while staying calm under pressure.A collaborative mindset and a love for the design process—from inspiration to execution.Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.Why Join Dana-co?We're not just designing lingerie—we're creating garments that empower, support, and inspire confidence.
