Description Production Line Operators Needed for Textiles Manufacturer in West Haven, CT! Pay Rate: $16.35-$18.00/hr (based on experience) Hours: 1 st shift line support - 7am - 3:30pm (30 min unpaid break) 2 nd shift line support - 3pm - 11:30pm (30 min unpaid break) 3 rd shift line support - 11pm - 7:30am (30 min unpaid break) *Must be able to train on any shift as needed* Line Operator Essential Functions Include: Production Machine Operation Produce various felt, carpet, geotextile, shoe lining, filtration material, substrate layer for synthetic leather, and hundreds of other nonwoven products. Perform quality inspection of products on production line Assemble needle punch fabrics in a warehouse environment. Operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, and prepare needle punch products for shipping.
