Line Operator - NY Staffing : Job Details

As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating automatic packaging equipment, palletizing finished products for shipment, and ensuring the efficient operation of filling equipment while maintaining cleanliness of the lines. This role involves loading machines with packing components such as bottles, caps, and tablets into hoppers and applying product labels to packages.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic packaging equipment efficiently.
• Palletize finished products for shipment.
• Operate filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the lines.
• Load machines with packing components like bottles, caps, and tablets into hoppers.
• Apply product labels to packages and products.
• Adhere to CGMP documentation procedures.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in packaging, labeling, and operating production equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and CGMP documentation procedures.
• Capability to handle general production tasks efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or packaging roles is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Skill in returning unused material/product responsibly.
• Adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Work Environment:

This position is for the 2nd shift, working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The work environment is structured and adheres to safety and quality standards, providing a professional setting with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Hauppauge, New York.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
