POSITION PURPOSE: The line operator is responsible for working on production of goods and providing manufacturing support for finished goods. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, frequently repeated motions, and occasional lifting.DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently operating all equipment on the line
- Troubleshooting assigned equipment as necessary
- Assisting team members on the line
- Coordinating usage of materials, packaging, etc.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and practices
- Regularly maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Completing necessary paperwork
- Additional duties as assigned
- Regular and punctual attendance
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
- Previous experience helpful
- HS Diploma or GED Preferred
