Position Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Line of Business Manager to identify, lead, and implement operational improvements across departments to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. This high-impact role will play a critical part in shaping the organization's long-term success.Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize workflows across title, escrow, abstracting, and closing departments.
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and compliance risks that delay transaction timelines. Propose solutions to eliminate.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in existing software to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Introduce and monitor KPIs related to turn times, curative actions, communication protocols, and closing preparation.
- Leverage software tools and automation (e.g., title production systems, CRM, e-recording) to improve scalability.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in LOB application development.
- Maintain Line of Business applications that support and enhance the company's core operations, improve efficiency and enable growth.
- Develop, test, and deploying LOB applications and integrations across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Change Management & Training:
- Serve as a change agent by facilitating employee engagement in new process implementations.
- Develop training materials and programs to support staff during transitions.
- Communicate process changes clearly and consistently across all levels of the organization.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align process improvements with organizational goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and market positioning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA or similar preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement roles.
- Strong track record of leading efficiency or transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing teams or leading cross-departmental projects.
Travel between branch offices located in Madill, Ardmore, and Durant, Oklahoma is required.
