You'll be: Overseeing a kit packing production line and monitoring daily output Performing start-up and in-process checks using the Bill of Materials (BOM) Ensuring team members understand and follow work instructions Inspecting first-piece samples (drop test and stack strength test as needed) Tracking hourly production rates, crew size, and unit counts Managing team workflow, breaks, and performance during the shift Working with the Quality team to ensure final product accuracy Maintaining a clean and organized production cell throughout the job Breaking down the cell post-job and returning tools to proper storage...Lead, Business Services, Staffing, Production
