Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our dynamic kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation will help us craft memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and established standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workspace.
• Collaborate with team members for timely meal preparation and service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to management.
• Assist with menu development, special events, and catering as required.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak service times.
• Follow direction from chefs and supervisors to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Stand for extended periods in a kitchen environment.
• Lift and carry heavy equipment, including pots and trays.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen with exposure to heat and noise.
