**DOG HAUS MOHEGAN LAKE** is seeking EXPERIENCED line cooks to help bring a crafty, modern, California twist on burgers, dogs and sausages to Mohegan Lake, NY. Founded in 2010, Dog Haus' menu is all about high quality ingredients: humanely-raised, hormone- and antibiotic-freeproteins. Further, Dog Haus has partnered with Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat for multiple plant based burgers, serving animal-free chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers and chicken nuggets.....serving the same, fun dining experience to vegetarian and meat eating guests alike.

Dog Haus only seeks team members with cooking experience in reputable quick serve or fast casual concepts. The kitchen team will prep and cook all items with a high degree on quality and consistency for all guests. In addition to our lunch and dinner service, Dog Haus will be open for breakfast with our Bad Ass Burritos line. Compensation is salary plus tips, with further possible advancement for the ideal kitchen staff members.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities Include:

+ Preparing items for use on the line

+ Cutting and cooking vegetables and meats

+ Making our sauces, dressings, breading and rubs in house

+ Cooking our menu items to order

+ Maintaining the highest standard of food safety, cleanliness and organization at all times

+ Restock and organize all supplies and products, including receiving deliveries and washing dishes

+ Stay guest-focused and team-focused at all times

+ Support other parts of the restaurant as needed

Requirements:

+ Able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast paced, energetic environment

+ Previous, relevant cooking experience

+ Able to quickly learn and follow our recipes, standards and procedures

+ Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

+ Positive attitude, punctual, responsible, honest, team player

+ Ability to keep the kitchen organized, stocked and clean
