Iconic French Brasserie Balthazar restaurant located in the SoHo section of New York City is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Requirements:
