This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of hourly and non-exempt positions in a fast-paced light industrial environment, including roles in warehousing, production, assembly, and logistics.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and experienced in sourcing and placing high-volume candidates quickly and efficiently. A strong understanding of the light industrial workforce and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment is essential.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage the end-to-end recruitment process for light industrial roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding.Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business demands.Candidate Sourcing & EngagementProactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, community organizations, and local outreach.Maintain ongoing communication with applicants and new hires to ensure a positive candidate experience.Client & Hiring Manager SupportPartner with supervisors and managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.Provide timely updates and recommendations on candidates to hiring teams.Administrative & Compliance DutiesEnsure accurate and timely entry of candidate data into the applicant tracking system (ATS).Conduct background checks, drug screens, and verify employment eligibility as required.Maintain compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local employment laws.Metrics & ReportingTrack recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, applicant flow, sourcing channel effectiveness, and turnover trends.Provide weekly reporting and insights to recruiting or HR leadership.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a light industrial, high-volume environment.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.Ability to manage multiple requisitions with shifting priorities.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Familiarity with E-Verify, OSHA requirements, and light industrial safety standards a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.Work Environment:Fast-paced office and warehouse setting.May involve visits to worksites and local job fairs.Occasional lifting of materials, walking through facilities, or standing for short periods during recruiting events.Apply Today!www.onboardusa.comOn-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
