Verifying RFID passes and instructing the guests through the maze. • Assist all guests in the safe loading and unloading of the lift, stopping or slowing the lift as necessary for guest safety
• Answer guest questions by being familiar with Massanutten's layout, products, service and current conditions or referring them to someone that can
• Develop and maintain required and appropriate record keeping and notify supervisor of any problems
• Maintain load and unload ramps around the lift stations by shoveling and/or raking snow
• Check that all signage is properly in place
• Other duties as assigned by management
