Lift Maintenance Manager - Powdr Corporation : Job Details

Daily administration and maintenance on all Mt Bachelor ski lifts. Assure that all maintenance required by manufacturers, regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, or as deemed necessary by personal experience is completed and documented promptly. Daily administration, supervision, and motivation of Lift Maintenance staff. Communicate to staff all pertinent company policies, philosophies, and all appropriate information from upper management. Helps recruit, hire, train, and motivate a staff of sufficient size and expertise to satisfy the needs of Lift Maintenance, Lift Electronics, and Lift Construction. Assist in Lift Operations training. Ensure Lift Maintenance staff complies with company uniform and appearance standards, as well as all other company policies. In cooperation with the LMSM, formulate yearly Lift Maintenance budget proposals for staff and equipment as necessary. Control actual expenditures within the approved budget.
