Job DetailsJob Location Shady Canyon Golf Club - Irvine, CA Position Type Seasonal Salary Range $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly Description The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for safety at the pool.

• Be on time for the shift and set-up pool toys.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the pool area.
• Maintain eye contact when addressing member's and their children..
• Handle members' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by members, ensuring complete member satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean; safe, and organized pool to ensure safety for all participants.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or members at the Pool.

• Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a lifeguard
• Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
• Ability to be relate well with children.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
• Must be a team player
• Current CPR and First Aid as well as Lifeguard certification
